1Not Financial Advice
norn is an autonomous AI-driven prediction market trading platform. Nothing on this platform, including agent recommendations, trade signals, performance data, or any other content, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Past performance of any agent or strategy is not indicative of future results. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions. By using norn, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their consequences.
2Service Description
norn provides AI-automated trading agents that operate on Polymarket and other prediction market platforms on your behalf. The service includes autonomous trade execution, position management, risk controls, and performance reporting. norn does not guarantee any returns, minimum performance, uptime, or availability of specific markets. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Agent strategies may be updated, retrained, or replaced as market conditions evolve.
4Risks and Limitations
Prediction market trading carries inherent risks including, but not limited to: market liquidity risk, smart contract risk, platform outage risk, regulatory risk, and AI model failure risk. norn's agents may execute trades based on probabilistic models that can be wrong. Markets may move against open positions. Liquidity may be insufficient to close positions at desired prices. External platforms (such as Polymarket) may experience downtime, bugs, or regulatory actions outside norn's control. You acknowledge that automated trading systems can behave unexpectedly under novel market conditions. norn is not liable for losses arising from any of these or other unforeseen risks.
5Account Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. norn may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice in cases of fraud, market manipulation, abuse of the platform, or illegal activity. For non-payment of subscription or performance fees, norn will provide a 7-day grace period notice before suspending trading activity. Any outstanding fees remain due upon termination. Upon termination, open positions will be closed in an orderly manner where possible, subject to market conditions. norn reserves the right to withhold performance fees earned prior to termination.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, norn's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to this agreement or the service — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to norn in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall norn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if norn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

However, pursuant to § 29 (1) m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By initiating a trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of service performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Subscription fees already paid for a started billing period are non-refundable.
